appointment Cancellation Policy 

We want all of our clients to have the best experience possible at Skye&Villa. Please arrive on time for your appointment so that you may receive your full service. Rescheduling may be necessary if you are running more than 15 minutes behind. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours in advance before appointment. All no show and cancellations made after those hours will be charged a fee of $35.
